Feature and Rules Reminder

I am right on time and though we have many awesome entries as always, we have had a recent increase in art that is barely meeting the rules or flat out isn't. I have been lenient in allowing the entries that mean bare minimum but please please please lets cut down on the predominantly black and white, non line-art type works and the works barely colorful enough to be here(though they are good in their own right). There are many groups out there for art of all kinds but THIS group is a COLOR-centric group. COLOR!!! 3 or more colors on at LEAST 70% of the medium. Please. Complete and creative, which 95% are. The colorful is the part I would like to get a little more of. To those who consistently submit colorful works I appreciate it and hope you continue being outstanding examples for your peers(look in Featured and Favorites for many of these works). I am not at all saying everyone has to be rainbow bright all the time but lets do more than the bare minimum please. Pretty please with colors on top!!!!
